The gear I sell here on Reverb…
I've been playing guitar for almost 40 years, and I teach guitar professionally from my home studio in Marietta GA. Please check out my website* for more info!
The gear I sell here on Reverb is generally stuff I've used and no longer have a need for; I'm not buying and reselling the gear in this shop--not that there's anything wrong with that, but this way you can feel confident that I have a history with and some detailed knowledge of the gear that I'm selling.
Occasionally, though, I will sell brand new products here from manufacturers for which I am an authorized dealer. Those will always be marked as such, of course.
I provide detailed descriptions of items that I sell, I employ accurate and conservative grading policies to describe every item's condition, and I always start with what I feel are fair asking prices--but sometimes I'm willing to accept offers for certain items. I'm not desperate to get rid of any of this stuff, though, so please: make sure your offers are also fair and reasonable for the circumstance.
When I buy gear, I make fair and appropriate offers (when an offer would be applicable and acceptable); all that I expect from any seller that I deal with is to be treated the same way that I, as a seller, treat my customers.

Shipping Policy
I will ship with tracking* and insurance for the sale amount** to the listed regions. To negotiate shipping rates to other locations, please send me a message.
I pack items very well, so that you can be confident that your new gear will arrive safely and securely--unless the delivery agent just destroys it, in which case the insurance should at least get you your money back. As a result, I do add a few bucks to the actual shipping cost--sometimes up to $5-10 on certain items--to reimburse me just a little for the time and effort.

**additional insurance (beyond the basic amount that USPS and UPS automatically cover) will not be provided for any items with shipping costs less than $10

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Everything that I have for sale on Reverb is sold “as described” or “as is” (I don't sell any new items on Reverb) and is returnable ONLY if the item does not match the description of the item, and ONLY within a 3-day window (72 hours) from the time of delivery. This gives you time to check over a piece of musical or pro audio gear and verify that it functions as described, and that it matches the physical condition that was in the description and pictures.
Please contact me within that 72-hour period after the item is delivered if you feel that it doesn’t match the description, and we’ll figure out the best path forward. If an item is damaged in shipping, I’ll start the shipping refund/insurance claim process once I get all the necessary info from you. I verify all gear functionality prior to shipping it out, but if a piece of gear has stopped working correctly in the time it was in transit to you, then you will be responsible for packing it safely and shipping it back to me. Upon receipt of the item I’ll confirm A) that it is in the same physical condition that it was in when it was sent, and B) that it does indeed not function correctly any longer; as long as there is no indication that the loss of function is due to any misuse/abuse, I’ll refund the original purchase price.
If I verify that the item functions as it should and there are no signs of damage/misuse/abuse, I’ll offer to return the item if the customer wants to pay in advance for me to ship it back to them (I’ll give you a 72-window from when I notify you about the status of the item to decide if you do want to pay to have it returned to you); I won’t be able to refund any amount for an item that is sent out in the condition it was described as. Whether the returned item functions or not, if there are any signs of damage/abuse/misuse/etc. that weren’t there when the item was originally shipped out, I also won’t be able to refund any amount.
Please read my descriptions carefully, as I will always point out everything (EVERYthing) that I think has any relevance or importance or that any potential buyer would like to know. I also post a lot of pictures, from every angle that I can (with the idea that pretty much everything that you could look at with an item I have for sale, is represented in the pictures that I post) and I try to give close-ups of anything that I feel needs to be seen by a potential buyer. If you feel that there is an angle that you can’t see or if there is something you’d like a different/better picture of, or if you want more info or details about anything regarding any item I have up for sale here, PLEASE ask before buying and I will be happy to help.
