Shipping Policy
For shipping, we use UPS, with all packages being fully insured. For International shipping, please message us directly, with your city and postal code, for a quote. Shipping rates do not include VAT and/or import taxes, which vary from country to country. The buyer is responsible for that cost. Arrival times will also vary from country to country. Every guitar is professionally setup and expertly packed!

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
If the instrument was described and photo'd correctly, and there were no technical issues, we reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee upon return. We will offer a full refund if an instrument was not described or photo'd correctly.
