General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
At Southside Guitars, we take care to ensure every item is checked and ready for its next owner. All preloved items are tested when they arrive with us and again before they are shipped, so you can shop with confidence. All preloved items come with a 3-month electrical warranty and 6-month structural warranty.
Please choose carefully, as Southside Guitars reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns for change of mind.
Returns will be assessed in line with Australian Consumer Law. Where a return is accepted for reasons other than an electrical or structural fault, or damage caused in transit, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
