Shipping Policy
We will ship with tracking to the listed regions. To negotiate shipping rates to other locations, please send us a message. All shipments will ship Priority Mail 1-3 days. In some circumstances, USPS will not offer 2 day on priority shipments, only 3 day - depending on shipping locations. However, most will be 2-day shipping. Soul City Sound makes every effort to ship out SAME day so this mitigates the one day delay by the USPS.

New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Not Returnable
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns are not a problem at all - as long as the returned item is in brand new condition for "new " items and is returned with all original manufacturer packaging and contents. For "used" and "vintage" items, the items must have arrived in a condition other than what is described for returns. Refunds will not be issued on damaged or scratched pedals, or if there are any signs of VELCRO. Buyer will have to pay for return shipping for these items.
There will be a 10% restocking fee on items over $1,000.

Returns with the shipping label affixed to the product packaging will result in a denial of the return.
It is the buyer's responsibility to obtain full value shipping insurance on the returned item to ensure coverage if item is damaged during return shipping.
Defective Products: If a product is suspected of being defective, SCS will work with the manufacturer and customer to resolve the issue. If a defect is verified by the manufacturer - an RMA will be issued to the customer.
