• We ship to the listed regions with a tracking number included. We using primary carrier - Swiss Post, using the International Package option. Express shipping via Swiss Post is also available upon request.

Insurance coverage (for damage caused by the carrier or lost packages) is included with standard shipping methods (Swiss Post – International or Express), up to a maximum of 500 CHF - including shipping costs. This limit is set by Swiss Post.

For items of higher value, I recommend using FedEx, UPS, or DHL for worldwide shipping, or DPD within Europe. Price always on request.


👉FULL REFUND NOT POSSIBLE UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:👈
• If the package is returned due to non-payment of customs duties, unjustified refusal, or incorrect delivery address, the refund will be issued after deducting all applicable fees - PayPal or another payment fees, shipping costs, return shipping costs, re-import fees plus a 5% handling fee.
In this case are handling fees calculated from:
Goods value(buying price), shipping costs, return shipping costs, all fees (PayPal or other transaction fees) including customs charges for re-import.


• If a refund is requested after payment due to buyer error (e.g. misreading or misunderstanding the listing without contacting me first, or unjustified cancellation), the refund will be issued after deducting all applicable fees (PayPal or other transaction fees) plus a 5% handling fee for packaging and materials, based on the item value.
