We have been a family owned and operated company that continues to provide solutions for Audio and Video Professionals around the world by partnering with leading manufacturers and providing experience as a resource for the design challenges our customers face.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns are accepted only if the item is returned in its original shipped condition, including all original packaging.
Restocking Fee: A variable restocking fee — up to 100% of the item's value — will be assessed on any return where the item or packaging condition has degraded from the original shipped state. Restocking fees are waived only for items confirmed defective via an open manufacturer support ticket and accompanying documentation provided by the buyer.
Shipping Costs: If an item is returned without cause (no defect), the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund. Shipping cost responsibility is waived only if the item was not received as described, supported by an open manufacturer support ticket and accompanying documentation provided by the buyer.
