Shipping Policy

Delivery & Shipment
We ship to the USA via Internatiional express Shipping, The estimated delivery time is approximately one week. We aim to dispatch goods within three working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after receiving cleared payment. Please note that we only ship to PayPal-confirmed addresses and cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.

Quality Control
As a second-hand store, our merchandise is generally pre-owned unless specifically listed as new. Therefore, items may exhibit signs of wear, such as scrapes and scratches, as shown in the provided photos. Please carefully review all images before making a purchase.

Each guitar we sell undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure quality and full functionality. Any further fine-tuning to match your personal preferences will be the buyer's responsibility. Feel free to ask any questions before placing your order. Please note that the actual product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.

Returns or Cancellations:
Once payment has been made, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted. Returns are only allowed in cases of damaged or incorrect goods. All returned items must be in their original condition. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please request an immediate inspection from the carrier for both the packaging and contents before submitting a return request.

International Buyers:
Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Check with your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs before bidding or purchasing. Typically, these fees are collected by the shipping company upon delivery or when you pick up the item; they are not to be confused with additional shipping charges.


We do not mark merchandise values below their actual value or label items as “gifts,” as this is against international regulations. Prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel prices, and unforeseen economic factors.

Please note that if PayPal places a hold on your funds and payment is delayed, we may cancel your order.

All items are subject to prior sale. There is a possibility that an item may have already been sold either through another e-commerce platform or in our physical store before your order is confirmed.
