I will ship with tracking to the listed regions. To negotiate shipping rates to other locations, please send me a message.
Most orders will ship out within 1 business day following your order. Some instrument orders will require longer handling time, up to 3 business days.
You will be provided tracking information upon shipment of your package. Please note that we continue to process shipments after shipper pickup. You may receive your tracking information up to 1 business day prior to your item leaving the shipping facility. Please allow the shipper enough time to update tracking information. We cannot control packages once they leave the shipping facilities.

Electronic items, instruments, parts or accessories which are defective are subject to the manufacturer's limited warranty. Items may not be returned once they are removed from the original packaging.
Refund
Buyer receives full refund in their original payment method less any shipping charges and a restocking fee of 10% of the item sale price.
