General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
All refunds from returned items with reasons and/or causes such as: wrong brand, wrong product type, wrong color will be cut 25% as cancelation fee and EXCLUDE the return shipping/customs costs.
All arrived items returned by buyer that is detected and caused by buyer's mistake/error, misuse, abuse will not be acceptable and will never be tolerated; but if buyer insist for a return/refund, then seller only obligated to give refund as follows: item price - 25% return penalty and shipping/customs costs.
