Select Sounds LLC is a growing family-owned and family-run business located in the Virginia Blue Ridge Mountain foothills. We offer select quality guitar accessories. We don't try to compete with the big-guys, so you will not find every single product here, but we do stand behind every product we offer.
Shipping Policy
We recognize that web shoppers want fast delivery. That's why we pack and ship every order as quickly as possible. Our goal is "same day shipping" for every order paid for by Noon Eastern Time (Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. Federal Holidays). In a few cases shipment can be delayed due to unresolved questions concerning the order or the shipping address, or from products unexpectedly out of stock.
All orders ship from the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. Delivery time varies based on your distance from Zip Code 22656.
We strive to ensure the quality of each product and your enjoyment of your order upon arrival. Because of this we may check certain products before shipment. If you receive a package with a broken seal, you can rest assured that your product is brand new, was checked for proper operation before shipping, and was found to be in proper working order.
We always clearly mark repackaged or used equipment as such in the listing.
If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will notify you and ship it as soon as it is available unless you notify us to cancel that item. To get your full order to you as quickly as possible, we will ship the items we have in stock. Multiple shipments will not affect your shipping cost.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Our shipping cost DOES NOT INCLUDE IMPORT FEES, TAXES, OR CUSTOMS CHARGES which may be required by your government. Please be aware of that YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for payment of any such fees.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns, Special Notes: The phrase "less any shipping costs" means that we deduct our actual outbound shipping costs when calculating your refund amount (unless you paid for outbound shipping). For example, if you purchase an item for $19.99 offered with Free Shipping, and later decide to return it, then when your return arrives we will: 1) verify that the item is in like-new condition, 2) refund $19.99 minus our outbound shipping cost. If our outbound shipping cost in this example was $3.00, then your refund would be $16.99. We do not accept returns on opened sets of strings or custom cut cable.
