Scrinia Engineering is a San Diego California based Design, Manufacturing and Test shop. Scrinia Engineering specializes in superior quality guitar control boards and stand alone electronic solutions.
We are not resellers, but strictly deal in our own design solutions.
We provide state of the art hardware - but just as important - we are available to support you during your installation. No question too small. We strive to answer as fast as possible, and once a dialog has been initiated wel stick with you until your questions have been answered to your satisfaction.
Every transaction is regarded as being "open" until your installation is done. You buy from us in May and you ask us in July - absolutely fine - we need to get the job done, and we're here to support you. As most artists are not technicians - we try to cover that base for you - and we're accustomed to dealing with people on all technical levels.

Please ask pertinent questions regarding fit, function etc before ordering - we are here to make sure you get all the answers ahead of placing order. We do not like imposing restocking fees but need to cover our cost of handling, re-testing and restocking thanks for understanding. Returns must be in un-used condition. In addition to re-stocking, we might deduct our actual shipping postage costs.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Issues related to Customs clearance, packages seized or lost after the package is scanned in the arriving country is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Correct address in Reverb system is buyer responsibility. Note that S/H charges can not be refunded once a tracking number has been provided, as it is not possible to revert charges from postal office. Return address is
