All Pedals going to the USA will be shipped via the Postal System to reduce Broker costs to the buyer. It may take an extra couple of days for the pedal to arrive.

SHOP POLICIES
• Shipping occurs within 1-5 days upon completion of payment. International Orders are typically shipped Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
All packages are shipped with tracking.
• To those who ask for Free Shipping or make offers that excludes shipping. If you don't want to pay for shipping, you are strongly encouraged to do all of your shopping on Amazon and not from a small business on Reverb.
● Trades are only available locally to the Calgary area and are subject to full inspection.
● Shipping prices are non-negotiable unless within Western Canada or the NW USA.
If you are within Western Canada/NW USA, please reach out ahead of time to get an area specific quote. You might be able to save a couple of bucks if you do.

If you live in a fly in community or in the far north of Canada, contact before offers or orders to check on shipping prices. Otherwise, it will be cancelled. Shipping prices are not based on your area. Example, NWT, Yukon, Nunavut, Northern Quebec and Labrador in Canada. Alaska, Hawaii and territories of the USA outside of the Continental Usa
For Canadian customers, pedals do not apply. Only guitars.
● All items are shipped from Canada so any import fees/VAT/Taxes/Brokerage Fees etc etc that may occur are not included/or factored into the price and are the buyer's responsibility.
● Payment for items is asked to be made within 24 hours of offer acceptance. After 24 hours, don't be surprised you have been reached out to. If you do not respond within 12 hours, the order will be cancelled.
● All Items are shipped with tracking using Expedited post.
●All guitars are shipped fully insured for both yours and my protection. Please note, shipping insurance only covers lost items. Any damage that occurs during shipping isn't covered by shipping insurance (Guitars are considered fragile items by shipping companies) so it will not be Shadow Creek Guitars responsibly if damage occurs during the shipping process.
Shipping insurance is limited to $1000 CAD outside of Canada or the United States. If you wish for a fully insured shipment, please contact Shadow Creek Guitars and you can have a quote from UPS, brokerage fees are not included and are the buyers responsibility●
●Items returned because of buyers remorse, non-payment of customs fees or any other reason that is not the fault of Shadow Creek Guitars (Example, an item is not as described in the listing) are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs and customs fees (For International orders) are paid for by the buyer ●
Shipping Policy
● For International Customers.
VAT/Import Fees or taxes charged by your country are not included in the price and are the buyers responsibility.
Shadow Creek Guitars is not responsible, will pay for or consider any of these fees to be part of the price that you have paid. They are separate to the price that is paid for an item and are your responsibility.
● Shipping prices are non-negotiable except for those within my region. I try to keep shipping as low as possible.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
A additional 15% Restocking fee will be added if import/custom taxes are not paid and the item has to be returned to me.
