General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
I am not in the business of screwing anyone over. I openly document any and all blemishes + issues in posts.
I pack all of my orders as safely as I can and always send large + fragile items via UPS (I use USPS for things like pedals to keep shipping costs down). I use LOTS of packing peanuts and bubble wrap to ensure things sail smoothly
If anything happens in transit or changes once it leaves my hands I will not be able to take responsibility for it.
If you have an issue please reach out to me personally. If it is a matter of taste, that you don't like something, I will accept a return but you will pay for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
