Shipping Policy

Please contact us directly about any questions regarding shipping.

Your instrument will be shipped using the highest level of industry-standard packing materials, in every attempt to make sure it arrives in ready-to-play condition. Some exceptions to this may be for tube amps that require removal of tubes prior to shipment, as well as some guitars that require removal of tuners, tremolo arms, etc. for safe transit. We will notify you prior to shipping your instrument if additional steps need to be taken in the packing process.

COVID-19: Updates and Information - For the safety of our employees our warehouses are operating with reduced staff. This may cause delays in shipping. We are processing orders as quickly as possible. Thank for your patience during this time.
Most orders ship the same day. We strive to ship all orders out same-day, however we guarantee it will ship within 2 business days. (after full payment has cleared). All shipments will be send using FedEx.


We do not ship to PO Boxes, or APO/FPO

International Reverb buyers are accountable for any and all customs charges, duties and/or import taxes for deliveries outside the United States and/or coming back into the United States.
Prepaid return labels can be issued to US delivery addresses only. The customer assumes all liability for returning an item(s) back to Sam Ash for any reason once taken out of the United States. The customer assumes all shipping costs for orders delivered directly to international addresses which need to be returned to Sam Ash for any reason.
