Shipping Policy
We ship all over the world but our Reverb store may be more limited. We require shipping to Reverb's seller protection address with no exceptions. If you need special consideration please contact the shop directly.
** all instruments receive final inspections and setups by Roger before they leave the shop ** This is a great opportunity for you to let us know if you have any setup or string preferences but it does take time. We do not offer same-day shipping. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
—All instruments go to Roger Sadowsky for a final inspection and set-up prior to shipping. Please allow a minimum of 5 business days—we appreciate your patience!
—All instruments will ship to the verified address on the completed Reverb transaction or to the credit card billing address. If you need to send your new instrument to a different address, please contact Roger and make a note when you place your order.
—Please see purchase page on our website for return policy including 3% restocking fee to cover purchase credit card fees, which are not refundable to us.
—We reserve the right to retain a portion of the purchase price in the event that an instrument is not returned to us in its original condition.
—We cannot refund for original shipping and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
