General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Unless otherwise noted, all items may be returned for up to 30-days from delivery. Â Returns will result in a partial refund (refunded less 12% restocking fee and shipping fees). Â Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and is liable for any damage during transit.
Unless otherwise noted, all instruments are covered by a 30-day limited warranty, which covers solder failure, lacquer chipping, or other functional failures resulting from manufacturing or restoration errors. Â Any damage caused by the buyer is not covered by warranty.
