Rudy’s Drum Shop is the Northwest’s largest independent drum shop. RDS is considered one of the world’s top resources for drummers of all levels. Our store staff and teachers are all working professional drummers with the experience and skills to help you with all of your drumming needs. We carry a variety of new, used, and unique items in our Reverb inventory and cycle all the time, so check back often for cool gear! Hours M-F 10:30-6:30 Sa-Su 11-5 PDT.
Shipping Policy
Domestic Bidders:
We ship items Fed-Ex Ground. Buyer pays all shipping and handling charges. Insurance is included in Shipping Charges. Smaller items (under 2 lbs.) are sent by U.S. Priority mail. Payment must be received with in 10 days of close of auction. Seller reserves the right to void sale.
Washington State Residents must pay sales tax.
International Bidders
Please email us and calculate the estimated cost of your shipping. Telephone numbers are required for international shipping, please send to us when sending shipping address.
We ship using USPS GLOBAL EXPRESS MAIL/PRIORITY MAIL or AIR FREIGHT depending on the size. These are the only services we will use for international shipping. We do charge for Packaging and Handling. We accept Bank Wire Transfers and PayPal. Fixed shipping costs are for the continental United States only.
Please take into consideration that a standard snare drum to Europe shipping could be between $85-100usd, and a 3 piece drum set can be between $325-400usd. That is why we require a shipping calculation before bidding, it is for your own protection.

Returnable within 14 days of delivery.

Returnable within 1 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

***Special orders on brand new items cannot be returned***
If the item has not been accurately described it can be returned for a full refund. The buyer must contact the seller within 72hrs of receiving the faulty item and arrange for a pick up with our shipping department. Reimbursement of the item and shipping costs will be processed once the item arrives at our shop.
Seller will not provide a refund for any item that is being SOLD AS IS. This will be stated in the auction.
