Our Store Hours are Monday - Friday 11-6:00pm CST, and 11-5:30pm CST on Saturday. We only reply to messages and offers when open. Offers or questions sent after we are closed will be responded to promptly the next working business day.
We are an authorized dealer of all the gear we have for sale and it originally comes directly to us from the manufacturer, in general we do not take any trades.
All orders are shipped with Fedex ground and we cannot ship to any PO Box addresses.
We are primarily a rental company, please note that our products have been used and often have our company name & product serial number discreetly etched into the item. All units are tested regularly after every single rental by our in-house technician, and serviced as needed. Additionally, we test everything before listing to ensure all of our items work flawlessly.
All items sold on Reverb are sold as described and we do not accept any returns or refund requests unless there is a shipping issue or an issue with the equipment beyond the described condition.
