Shipping Policy
I will ship with tracking to the listed regions. I use Reverb Safe Shipping on all orders (where allowable) which is included in the shipping price listed.
For international orders, please contact me to make arrangements. Buyer is responsible for all duties/customs/brokerage fees that may be incurred therewith. If you would like me to use a specific carrier, please notify me before you place the order.
Please note: if you need to make a damage claim, the deadline for Reverb’s Safe Shipping is 7 days. In the off chance that we need to utilize this feature, please notify me ASAP.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Please be aware that while I do a full setup on all guitars before shipping, due to the nature handling setups are not guaranteed. It is always recommended to set the instrument up to your own preferences.
Due to the amount of time spent on packing, and the high cost of packaging materials, returns within the specified period will incur a restocking fee. This will not apply if the item arrives damaged and a return agreement is made.
