I have been a musician since 1974 and love everything to do with guitars, amps and great effects.
Estimating how many transactions I have been involved with over the years is difficult, but I know that I've owned over 100 guitars and never had a bad buying or selling experience with any normal musician (Of course, a couple of times bad faith actors attempted to steal vintage guitars from me but that's another story).
In all my years buying, selling and trading gear, I can say with great certainty that the good people outweigh the bad and I attempt to be a good-faith actor in all cases.
My experience to date with buy/sell transactions on Reverb has been well beyond any expectations in terms of efficiency, communication and all around customer service.
Alternative sites have become prohibitively expensive for buyers and sellers, and customer service elsewhere on the web seems to be in a perpetual downward spiral.
The people I have met buying and selling gear on Reverb have been first class, and I plan to transact everything music-related here going forward.
It is worthy of consideration that buyers and sellers have in some cases become friends, and we have swapped gear and kept in touch well beyond the time any transaction on Reverb initially occurred.
Shipping Policy
My listings generally assume the lowest ground shipment quote including adequate insurance either via Reverb’s postage calculator or alternatively UPS or USPS. This is at my discretion as are the following supplementary policies, which govern transactions as noted without exception.
1) I ship only to the Lower 48/Continental United States;
2) I do not sell or ship to international buyers;
3) Buyers in Rural areas are not subject to free shipping under any circumstances. The buyer agrees to advance the costs for packing materials (~$70), UPS shipping and ALL postal surcharges prior to shipment, when these funds AND listing costs have cleared Reverb’s systems I will then ship to you. No exceptions. Non-compliance triggers the transaction being reversed (your payment will be refunded). I will no longer pay more than an item has sold for to ship to these areas and lose money.
In all cases, Shipping information will be transmitted to the buyer within 24 hours of shipping.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
