My name is Bobby Faria. I have been buying and selling Musical Instruments and other music related gear on the eBay platform for decades. You can check it for yourself, if you want. My eBay name is MMEGroup and I have a 100% Positive Feedback rating there, but I moved away from eBay because I like it here on Reverb.com better.
I have always dealt only with the types of instruments and gear that I myself use... guitars, amplifiers, pedals, woodwind instruments, performance and recording gear etc.. I don't sell products that I don't know anything about or that I wouldn't want to own and use myself.

Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 30 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
My Reverb shop sells ONLY USED items. Many of them are not just used, they are VINTAGE which means they are old. That type of thing is going to have flaws. Therefore, everything is sold on an "AS-DESCRIBED" basis. Which means ...
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless I MADE A MISTAKE IN THE LISTING or THE ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED.
If the item arrives looking just like it did in the photos, then you cannot return it for any reason.
IF IT ARRIVES BROKEN then the issue is between you and the SHIPPER.
I never list anything if it is BROKEN or UN-USABLE unless it has value for its component parts.
I personally test every item to the best of my ability and I describe my observations in the listing.
I make every effort to research the facts before I list the merchandise for sale.
If it is for sale by my Reverb Shop it will perform the way I describe it in the listing.
All of this is because I WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY with your purchase.
NOT because I'm a nice guy... but because I DON'T WANT YOU TO RETURN IT TO ME.
Consequently, you can be assured that my items WILL BE ACCURATELY DESCRIBED. In the event that I inadvertently make a materially inaccurate statement in the listing, you have 7 days to notify me of the problem and negotiate the return. Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
But don't let all this talk make you nervous... in all the years that I have been doing this, no one has ever returned an item to me here on Reverb.com or through an eBay sale.
