Shipping Policy

All of the instruments and amps we sell are personally checked out and tested by the owner, Jim Rhoads. CALL for a return authorization before returning any instrument. All returns must be fully insured. Shipping is the customers responsibility. When the instrument is returned in the same condition as we sent it, your credit card account will be credited or a check will be issued, depending on how you made payment, minus the original shipping charge. Customer MUST provide a valid tracking number to prove the item has been returned and that insurance was purchased. Uninsured packages will be refused. Absolutely NO RETURNS on international shipments for any reason! Items damaged in shipping are not returnable. Please file a damage claim with the carrier.

Returnable within 14 days of delivery.

USED & VINTAGE ITEMS

Returnable within 7 days of delivery.

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Refunds

Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping charges.
