Red Circle Guitars is mission is a customer-first mission. You can always expect me to be responsive to your needs and wishes and I work hard to build long-lasting relationships. Most of the gear I list here is from my personal collection or trades I've made for items in my personal collection.

Expect only the finest examples of instruments here. I have served the music industry for 30 years and am always dedicated to my customer.

Shipping Policy

We will ship items within three days of the order unless you expressly require faster shipping. Please contact us for faster shipping rates. Typically turn around, however, is less than 24 hours.

Alaska, APO, Puerto Rico require an additional charge. Shipping outside the USA must be quoted. If you receive and offer from us and it has $0 shipping that is only valid within the contiguous lower 48 States. We will contact you with the details upon purchase or you can contact us prior to purchase for a quote.

If you require Insurance on your purchase, please contact us for pricing. Red Circle Guitars are not responsible for items damaged on Return Shipments. Red Circle Guitars owns the Merchandise until it arrives to you, you accept it and take delivery.

If you receive a shipment whereby the box looks visibly damaged, please take photos, inform the driver that you must inspect the contents for damage OR simply refuse the delivery and it will be returned to us.

If you accept a delivery and fail to follow these acceptance instructions you forfeit your right to make a claim UNLESS you are able to show that the shipping box was undamaged but some how due to shipping mishandling the contents broke. These things happen and we will work with you and are ALWAYS reasonable.

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Special Conditions

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We are happy to offer you a 48hr approval period on all orders (excludes custom orders and layaways). Return arrangements must be made within 48 hours of receipt and must be authorized by Red Circle Guitars prior to shipment. All refunds will be less shipping costs both ways ( unless the item is not as described) and applicable credit card fees. Feel free to use your refund in-full on another "In Stock Item". If you prefer a refund, a 15% re-stocking fee may apply. Trades are considered final sale due to the large amount of shipping fees and risk associated with a trade transaction. We are happy to discuss approval prior to trading if required. Sale, clearance, demo, and NOS items are considered final sale and no refunds or returns are allowed on these items. All orders must be returned in the condition they were originally shipped. You are the shipper when returning an item so you are responsible properly packing the item and for the item arriving in the same condition it left. We will not accept damaged returns.

If any of the above criteria is not met we reserve the right to refuse the return or a higher re-stocking fee may apply. All returns are handled on a case by case basis so if you have any issues or concerns don't hesitate to contact us.

PICKUPS:
Pickups cannot be returned after they have been installed unless there is a manufacturer's fault in which case we will replace the whole set and will provide you a return label and send you a new set. This is VERY VERY rare but it can happen and we will stand behind our sale of course.
