Shipping Policy
*Guitars advertised as "Brand New" ship FREE to the lower 48 US Continental United States.
*All guitars are shipped to the lower 48 US Continental United States via UPS regular ground.
*Any other shipping destinations will have extra shipping costs plus any tax/duties/etc. for your destination that the buyer will be solely responsible for and are non-refundable.
*All guitars will be shipped fully insured. International shipments will be sent via USPS and will be insured to the maximum the US Postal Service allows for your destination. Any country with size limitations can use UPS or Fedex shipping.
*Texas residents add 8.25% for state sales tax.
*When shipping instruments to us, if you are not familiar with shipping requirements/procedures, please call the store for instructions.

New Items
Returnable within 2 days of delivery.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
There are no returns on any "used gear' (any items not labeled "Brand New") unless there is the item has been misrepresented in print or picture. Some items may have "stock photos" and not be the actual instrument for sale. Actual photos are available upon request. Please be sure to ask any and all questions before purchasing.
-Any Guitar Returns must be authorized by the store.
-Guitars returned within the 48-hour approval period are refunded in full, MINUS shipping charges.
-Instrument must be returned in same condition as shipped including all paperwork, manuals, packaging, etc.
-Amplifiers and effects are non returnable and non refundable.
-Buyer is responsible for the instrument during approval period.
-Shipping and related expenses are non-refundable.
-Buyer pays for prompt return shipping.
-Item must be shipped back via a service comparable with which it was delivered, immediately upon return authorization.
