This level of craftsmanship, training, experience, and thoroughness makes all the difference in making your guitar its best!
Before shipping all guitars get set up with new strings, adjusted neck relieve, low action, any needed adjustment at nut and saddle, pickup height, intonation, fret board conditioning, electronics check, tighten tuner screws and nuts, lubricate tuning machines, cleaning and polishing.
Our guitars and basses are accurately described, packed properly for shipment, and shipped promptly. We stand behind our products and want our customers to be happy!!

Shipping Policy
Ground shipping only with no overnight or two day shipping service. We will ship with tracking to the listed regions. To negotiate shipping rates to other locations, please send us a message. Taxes, duties, and brokerage fees may be incurred by you for international shipments. CITIES and other treaties may be in effect at the time of shipment of international purchases that could cause delays or the need for additional export documents. In these cases we reserve the right to cancel the sale if we are not able to ship your purchase immediately. Buyer is responsible for any taxes, duties or brokerage fees to return international shipments.
Items are for sale and shipping only within the continental United States. Ships via UPS ground only to the verified address used at checkout with signature required upon delivery. Shipments cannot be redirected to other delivery address either before shipping by us or after shipping by you.
