Really Great Guitars is based in famous Spa town of Droitwich, in Worcestershire & is owned & run by husband & wife team Andy & Marie De Looze.
Andy De Looze has over 30 years experience in the music industry. Besides owning & running many successful music retail businesses since the late 70's, he is also a much-respected guitarist & guitar teacher. As a professional musician himself, Andy knows only too well, what the musicians want, with regard to quality & affordability.
RGG was created to cater for the growing demand of excellent quality, sensibly priced, musical equipment and accessories.
RGG also offer a vast array of affordable guitar accessories to help complete your new build or renovation project. Returns and Restocking Policy
Returns requested for reasons other than the item being faulty, damaged in transit, or significantly not as described may be subject to a restocking fee.
Where a customer changes their mind, orders incorrectly, no longer wants the item, or returns the item despite no fault being present, a restocking fee of 15-20% may be deducted from the refund amount to cover:
Payment processing fees
Packaging and handling costs
Inspection and testing time
Relisting and administrative costs
Returned items must be received in the same condition as originally shipped, including all original packaging, accessories, documentation, and cases where applicable.
Any damage, signs of use, missing items, or alterations may result in an additional deduction from the refund amount.
Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of the item being received back and inspected.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was supplied incorrectly or arrived damaged/faulty.
