Every guitar is inspected and fully set up prior to shipping and we ship our online orders the same or next business day. We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

Shipping Policy
We ship our items world wide and take great care in how we pack our Instruments. All shipments are professionally packaged, fully insured and ship out the same or next business day. Tracking info is provided via email at the time of shipment. Most shipments will require a signature upon arrival. If an order is placed after noon on a Friday it will not be shipped until the following Monday. 2 day shipping does not include Saturday or Sunday. There are no outgoing shipments on the weekends or holidays.
International customers are responsible for all taxes and duty fees applied by their Country payable at the time of delivery. International buyers will be charged duty and taxes separate from our shipping charge.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, just ship it back for exchange or refund (minus 10% restocking fee) within 14 days of purchase. Return tracking info must be provided to us within 14 days of Purchase.

In the rare case an item arrives damaged or defective just contact us with proof of damage/defect and we arrange return shipping for domestic orders and issue a full refund. Video and/or pictures detailing the damage or defect in full must be provided before opening a return.

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with no signs of wear or use such as protective cellophane removal, belt-buckle or pick scratches, scuffs, dings or scrapes or have any adjustments made. Return must include all of the original packaging and packaged just as it was received or be subject to additional return fees. Return tracking info must be provided to us within 14 days of Purchase.

Buyer is responsible for any damage that may occur during return shipment. Shipping insurance for return shipments is recommended. Any extra shipping fees paid at checkout are non refundable.

For insurance purposes we do not issue partial refunds and we can not except a return due to any damage if it is not reported within the first 48 hours with proof of damage. Reporting false or inaccurate information on the condition of a received item will be reported and can void a return.

Orders that have delivery refused and orders canceled after the shipment tracking information has been issued will be treated as a return and subject to return shipping costs and restocking fee. This indicates that we have already put time and resources into setting up and packaging the guitar.

Every instrument is fully setup prior to shipping however, setups can easily change in transit due to extreme temperatures, humidity changes and vibrations in delivery vehicles. Some adjustments may be needed upon arrival to fit the players personal taste or to offset any changes made in transit.
