Rawrawk is an independent maker of guitar cabinets and pedalboards based in Portugal. We design our products around the way musicians play, carry and organise their gear, then build and finish them in small batches.
Quasar is our compact, lightweight 1×12 guitar cabinet, with a Baltic birch shell and interchangeable aluminium Airframe. Nebula brings an angled pedal surface, space for power and cabling underneath, and a purpose-built padded gig bag.

We ship from Portugal using tracked, insured delivery and packaging suited to the product. Each listing states its shipping charge, available destinations and dispatch time.
Ready-to-ship stock and made-to-order builds are identified separately. Please message us through Reverb before buying if you need a particular delivery date or a destination not listed.
For deliveries outside the EU, any import VAT, duties, customs or courier handling charges payable on arrival are the buyer’s responsibility unless the listing explicitly states otherwise. These charges are separate from the listed shipping cost.

Rawrawk offers a 30-day return window from delivery for new standard-configuration products. Contact us through your Reverb order within this period for return instructions.
For eligible EU and UK returns, we provide free return shipping. Elsewhere, buyers pay return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described; in those cases we cover reasonable return costs.
For voluntary returns, return the product in original, undamaged, resaleable condition with all accessories and original packaging where reasonably possible. Careful inspection and testing are allowed. We may deduct loss in value caused by damage, misuse, missing parts or handling beyond necessary inspection and testing.
Refunds are made through Reverb to the original payment method. This policy does not limit statutory cancellation or consumer rights. Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, we refund standard outbound delivery costs as required by law. These conditions take precedence over the generic shipping and no-signs-of-use wording above. No restocking fee applies to eligible returns.
