Shipping Policy
Ordinary shipments will be sent via "Registered Mail" and tracking will be provided, when appropriate. Tracking to be done via Ceska Posta at https://www.postaonline.cz/en/trackandtrace
If marked "Economy" and/or "Free Shipping" please understand that tracking will NOT be provided as that is the nature of economy shipping.
Delays with processing times by your local carrier and/or customs are not my responsibility. Elsewhere in Europe varies but certainly within the week and/or 3-4 working days.
Guitars are well packed and shipped via DPD/PPL/GLS within the European Union. 1-2 Business Days after dispatch. I aim to dispatch within 1 working day but will inform you if there is a delay. Due to the nature of buy/sell it is sometimes difficult to procure a proper box for shipping guitars ahead of time, and this is the source of most delays.

All items are shipped via Czech Post and DPD/PPL/GLS within the European Union (Guitars only)
I do not profit for shipping charges, and never charge for 'handling' costs.
