General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Refunds

Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping charges.

Special Conditions

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. Please open a return request through Reverb, and we will get back to you with your RMA number and return instructions if your return is approved. If an item is not received by us within the 30-day window, the package will be refused. All new items returned must be in BRAND NEW condition with zero signs of wear or use and must be returned in the original packaging with ALL materials (free/bundle items, warranty cards, plastic, pouches, manuals etc.). Demo (Like New/Gently Used/Open Box) items must come back in the same condition they were sent to you, with all included materials, if applicable. The cost of any missing or used bundle items will be deducted from the refund amount. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee covers brand new and demo (like new/gently used/open box) products only -- it does not cover used and clearance products (any product with "CLEARANCE" in the title, INCLUDING "Demo Clearance" and "Gently Used Clearance"). Please use a shipping box with the RMA number clearly written on the shipping label. Do not attach a shipping label to a product box, your package will be refused if you do so. What is not returnable: - Accessories (this includes all pickups, strings, picks, pedalboards, tuners, etc.). However, if you received accessories with the product as part of a bundle, the accessories must be returned with the product, and they must be unused and unopened. - Clearance Items (Clearance items are clearly marked with "CLEARANCE" in the title -- THIS INCLUDES "DEMO CLEARANCE" AND "GENTLY USED CLEARANCE") - Special/Custom Orders - Personal items (such as headphones) - Any item that states all sales are final/no returns on the product page *** Please note it could take up to 10-15 business days to receive your refund once the return is received by us ***
