Hello, we are Pristine Auctions. A new and used boutique instruments dealership located right outside Scranton PA. We specializing in selling, buying, trading, and consigning high end musical instruments. We are Authorized Dealers for Warwick, Framus, Sadowsky, Ken Smith, Benavente Guitars and Basses, MTD, Brubaker Guitars, Skjold, Schecter Guitar Research, Phil Jones Bass, DiMarzio Pickups and more. We try to give our customers a true concierge experience with musical gear. We also operate a professional repair shop capable of covering anything from set ups and restrings to full rebuilds and customizations.

New Items
Returnable within 2 days of delivery.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Brand new items must be returned in the exact same condition they were received. Shipping is always the responsibility of the buyer. The 15 percent restocking fee is non negotiable under any circumstances. We try to ensure to the best of our abilities that when someone purchases something brand new from our shop that is exactly how they will receive it.
