We know you want your gear fast! We process orders the same day they’re received and have them in the carrier's hands within 24 hours. Instruments and amps ship via UPS, and smaller items ship via USPS.
For your peace of mind, everything we ship is fully insured. If anything goes wrong during transit, just reach out to us right away—we’ll handle the insurance claim and make it right!
Please note that any "buyer's remorse" returns will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee for cover the initial and return shipping costs.
