We love guitars and gear. Our passion is to get our hands on trying out as many items as we can, fixing guitars and amps, and of course playing. When something hasn't been used for a while, that's where Reverb comes in.

We now offer local set ups, repairs, and other services by our highly experienced luthiers. Contact us to get your guitar or amp dialed in to its fullest potential.

For returns, buyer assumes all return shipping charges regardless of reason. Additionally, you will be charged for initial shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
Guitar setups are subjective, and a guitar cannot be returned for setup reasons.
Items can only be returned if they are not as described.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses regardless or return reason. Items that are lost or damaged during shipping are not eligible for a full refund. Buyer may purchase shipping insurance for an additional fee. Items will be shipped without signature required for delivery unless specifically requested.
Purchases that have been cancelled and not yet shipped will still be charged a 15% restocking fee.
