Shipping Policy

Shipping will be to continental United States by FedEx Ground unless otherwise agreed upon between the buyer and Peters Drum Company (i.e. express shipping). Local pickup will be available.

Returnable within 7 days of delivery.

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Refunds

Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.

Special Conditions

No returns accepted on items marked as clearance merchandise or special order. If item is damaged in transit, notify FedEx upon receiving shipment. Please see warranty policy for custom drums below: Peters Drum Company will offer a one year warranty on custom drums purchased from Peters Drum Company directly or from an authorized dealer. This warranty covers defects from workmanship and manufacturing. This warranty does not apply to product failures resulting from alterations, improper maintenance or storage, neglect, misuse, and variances in humidity and temperature. Warranty coverage remains at the discretion of Peters Drum Company. Please contact Peters Drum Company regarding the return of items under warranty to receive return information.
