Each Pert Neubees associate is passionate, knowledgeable, and loves music of many different genres. We invest by collecting the products we love and enjoy daily.

All of us are owners and players of used music equipment. Our main goal at Pert Neubees is to give you the finest selection of quality high-end Music Collectibles (Vinyl Records, Compact Discs – JAPAN Mini LP CD’s) as well as guitars purchased from all over the world. We strive to provide the best, secure packaging that demonstrates how we want our Music Collectibles packaged. We present and represent our best customer service with open and honest communications.
We are always more than willing to discuss any item you are interested in purchasing by providing us with a number to call with best day with time to call.
We also request an email address for us to provide details concerning your purchase. We also have a store policy of shipping on Mondays of the week, in an attempt to avoid "weekend layover" for warehousing of large parcels, e.g. guitars, basses and like sized products. Especially during extreme hot and/or cold weather and Middle U.S. and East Coast address purchases of those types of products.

Used Items: If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase of an item, simply contact us at: [email protected] and provide an explanation as to what the problem for requesting a return. Please contact via this email immediately by replying, if you have any and all problems, questions or concerns.

Please retain the box and all packaging materials as you received the purchase until you are satisfied = THANKS!

Items not returned in original condition are subject to a return handling charge.

Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Select used items are not returnable = (see Exceptions).

International Shipments: Our return policies for new and used products also apply to international shipments. Please see any additional policies and information shipped with your package for more details.

Exceptions: There are NO returns on clearance, discontinued, vintage, demo, select used items, and BEST OFFER items. Additionally, the following items are returnable only if defective – and opened Software/soundware, books, CDs, DVDs, and videos may be returned for credit only if they are in their original, sealed packaging. If defective, these items will only be exchanged for the same product, if possible.
Requesting a Return: Contact our experts via [email protected] and provide an explanation as to what the problem for requesting a return. You will be asked to return the defective product in the original carton and packaging material, with as close to the secure packaging techniques / methods used when you opened the carton.

Save all material, until you are satisfied with the product, then reuse or recycle.
You will be provided an Alpha-Numeric RA # (Return Authorization Number) – write this in heavy letting on the front and back of the carton to avoid any return/restocking fees, up to 15%.

Return postage and insurance (if purchased over $49.00) is the responsibility of the buyer, unless item is defective and is not as described or shown in photos.
