I will ship with tracking in the Continental USA ONLY, NO exceptions. This is stated explicitly in the first line of ALL of my listings. ANY person outside the CONUS who harasses me about this policy, or makes a purchase despite my explicit directive to not do so, the sale will be immediately cancelled, money refunded, the Buyer reported to Reverb, and the item re-listed.
