Besondere Bedingungen
Once the package is in transit or has been pick up by DHL, refund requests will only be accepted once the package has been delivered and the customer has paid the import taxes if apply (see custom duties note down below). If the customer refuses to accept the package at the destination or does not pay the custom duties, DHL will consider the package as abandoned and no refund will apply.
In the event of a item return, we will provide to the customer a return shipping address located in Florida USA, and the payment refund will be make 10 business days after the delivery at the return shipping address, this time is necessary in order to receive in our hands the item from Miami USA to Caracas Venezuela.
Custom Duties:
Please take on consideration that you may pay custom duties in your country that are not included in the price on Reverb, this additional cost must be assume by the customer and it will not be covered by our return policy.
Product Warranty:
All our Brand New and B-Stock pedals are covered according to Reverb policies plus we give one (1) year of full warranty for any part and repair of the pedal in our workshop, including shipping cost. Any incorrect use, modification or repair outside our workshop will void the product warranty.
