P.C. Sound is a musical instrument retail store that specializes in equipment repair, gear rentals (backline), music equipment and accessories, music instruction (music lessons), special events, and system installations within the music industry. We've been around for 26 years and are located in eastern North Carolina.
Why shop with us?
Our inventory stock on Reverb is synced with our online store with stock levels being updated on a regular basis. We do not list items that we do not carry within our store - we believe in being upfront with our customers as to what we have in stock and what is not. We've ordered items through Reverb from other shops that then informed us they did not have that item in stock (despite the listing saying they had multiple). Our inventory stock is not updated instantly when a sale is made in our store so there are rare instances when you may purchase something through us and it will be out of stock. If you are concerned about this, please send us a message and we will gladly check our inventory for you to make sure we have it in stock before you place an order. We want our customers to be happy!
Some items can be shipped directly to you from one of our vendors (and this is stated in the description of items that are eligible for this) so that it is guaranteed to be brand new. Items like cymbals are usually on display within our store and may have fingerprints so we offer the option to have them shipped directly from the vendor so you'll receive a brand new one (unless it is a discontinued or used cymbal - then that will ship from us).
We strive to ship out items within 24-48 hours unless the order is done on a weekend or holiday - then we ship out the next business day.
Shipping Policy
We will ship with tracking to the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and international shipments may incur additional charges. Will ship to Canada, please send us a message for a shipping quote.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
