General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns are accepted by prior arrangement only. Items shipped internationally are not eligible for return. Vintage electronics and keyboards, because of their uniquely fragile nature, are not eligible for return. Routine service of internal electrical components is frequently required after shipment. For all returns, shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is solely responsible for the non-refundable 3.5% reverb payment processing fee. All returns and cancellations are subject to a seller 10% restocking fee.
