Shipping Policy

All items are insured unless stated otherwise. All items over $100 in purchase will need to be signed for when received.

On most orders a tracking number for your shipment will be provided. You would track your package for the arrival date, make someone available to sign if needed on arrival date. We do not advise with a message you on shipping arrival date.

If you use a P.O. box, you must provide a street address number of the location of the P.O. box.

Depending on your item and when you order, we may ship as early as same day/next day or as late as one week, 7 days after you order. The day of shipping is at our discretion. We do not do have expedited or rush type situations available as a service. If for any reason your ship date is beyond 7 days after you purchased, you will be notified of the delay.

If you have questions concerning shipping, the time to ask is before you purchase. Situations where an item needs to be in your possession for what ever reason by a certain date, needs to be considered and investigated by you prior to purchase. You may request when your item could be shipped and we can give some estimate of the package travel time, but that is all still an estimate.

We do not ship overnight, 2 day, or any other particular rush request. While you can receive an estimate of delivery from us, please do not request that the item has to be somewhere before or by certain date, we do not provide any guarantees or rush shipping.

If you need an item by a certain date, please investigate before you purchase, after you purchase you will be charged 15% of your purchase amount if you cancel your order.
