General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
After receiving the item, the buyer has 7 days to contact us to initiate a return on the item, for any reason, for a full refund of the purchase price, less all shipping costs. For insurance reasons, we require our return label to be used for the return. If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, in addition to the cost of the return label.
In the event of a defective, damaged, or otherwise not-as-described product, we are happy to cover all shipping costs incurred. In the event of shipping damage, please retain the shipping box and all packing materials, and contact us as soon as possible.
