We are happy to offer a no-questions-asked, seven-day return policy. After receiving the item, you have seven days to contact us to initiate a return of the item, for any reason, for a full refund of the purchase price, less the combined shipping costs. For insurance reasons, we require our return label to be used for the return. In the event of a defective, damaged, or otherwise not-as-described product, we are happy to cover all shipping costs incurred. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, and in whatever packaging it arrived with. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
In the event of shipping damage, please retain the shipping box and all packing materials, and contact us as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, harmonicas, earplugs, and in-ear headphones are not eligible for return, unless damaged or defective.
