Shipping Policy
Oscillator Audio ships all NEW items for FREE within the continental United States using 2-Day Shipping from either UPS or USPS.
All orders received before 2PM CST will be shipped SAME DAY.
Your order will be professionally packed, fully, insured, and your tracking info will be sent to you no later than 5PM CST on the day you place your order.
Orders for any products shipped to Hawaii & Alaska will have shipping charges appropriate to the type of package.
Used gear does NOT qualify for free 2-Day Shipping and will have a shipping fee for standard UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail service.
We offer international shipping! Please message us for a shipping quote to your country.

New Items

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
New Items:
Most new, untouched, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery for a full refund in the original form of payment or store credit at your discretion, less our original outbound shipping costs.
For any returns other than non-disclosure related issue or incorrect shipment the buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs. If the item was sold with "Free Shipping", the shipping and handling charges incurred from the initial outbound shipment will be deducted from the refund.
Oscillator Audio reserves the right to refuse any return if item is not returned in the condition in which it was delivered.
Vintage & Used items: Vintage & used items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Our industry leading used gear inspection process allows us to stand behind every vintage and used instrument we sell with absolute confidence. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs on vintage and used gear unless the return is a result of incorrect shipment or defective item. Vintage and used refunds are eligible for refund in the original form of payment or for store credit.
Restocking Fees: Items are expected to be returned with all original boxes, manuals, and must show no signs of use or wear. If a new item is returned without original box, manuals, or shows any signs of use or wear a 15% restocking will be assessed against your refund.
When will I get my refund?: We know you made a commitment with your hard-earned money to buy from us and we're committed to a quick and consise reimburement of your purchase! The time period to get your refund includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1-7 business days depending on the carrier), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (24 hours), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1-5 business days depending on your bank).
