ALL of our online sales go directly to supporting independent artists. That means tour money, studio time, song reproduction, distribution, practice space rental, etc. Being a musician these days don't come cheap but we put our money where our mouth is when it comes to helping young artists dreams come true.
Shipping Policy
We're a shop that is ACTIVE in the music industry. That means we teach and mentor young musicians, support and promote shows, host events, travel for festivals and tours. Selling gear is a secondary function that is used exclusively to directly SUPPORT musicians.
This means your handling time may be up to 4 days. If you need the thing quicker A) learn about delayed gratification and meditation, nothing material is that important or B) let us know and we'll make an exception to package and send it quickly.
PLEASE NOTE USPS "TRACKING" IS NOT TRACKING it is delivery confirmation (as stated by the USPS legal copy), thus they OFTEN do not scan packages upon receipt or even depot arrival. The only scan they are required to do is when they drop it off to you... so don't freak out if you do not see movement on your tracking number, just send us a note.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns accepted of unaltered or unopened gear within 7 days of receipt. All gear must be returned in original condition. ALL Shipping paid by buyer as we cannot pay for you to test out instruments. ALL gear is tested and inspected by qualified and authorized techs. ANY damage or flaws are represented in words and/or pictures. We want to help but you have to interact like humans, not finger pointing beasts. MOST things can be worked out. "Item not as described" claims are for eBay, sorry, that doesn't work here! Unless there was damage in shipping, the item arrives to you EXACTLY how it was described and pictured. If you receive the item, it is now YOURS. "I don't like it" or "I set my action lower than that" or "I no longer like sherwood green" or "I'm not bonding with the tone" man, bummer, wish we could help you with that, but we're not Amazon or a huge corporation that can absorb your whims. But... easy solution! Resell it! There will be a 5% restock fee on any valid returns pending the return of our fees from Reverb. If we get them back, you get them back!
