General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

All items and accessories detailed in the listing, and shipped with the instrument MUST be returned in same condition as shipped. Any instrument that has been altered by the buyer, or is not returned in the condition it was shipped (with the exception of damage VERIFIED to have been caused by shipping alone), including but not limited to the removal of any protective coverings or Point of Sale decals & labels will be evaluated by us with the assistance of a Reverb Resolution Specialist PRIOR TO ANY REFUNDS being issued or approved, and BEFORE any approval for returning an item. This MUST be a MUTUAL agreement between us and the Reverb Resolutions Specialist.
Every reasonable effort will be made by us to minimize any unnecessary return shipping of ANY ITEM by working with the buyer to resolve any alleged issues with the instrument itself before considering a return.
A 3% restocking fee will be charged for any returned items.
