Shipping Policy
Shipping on orders over $200 is free for all orders of new items. Shipping on used instruments and orders under $200 is calculated at checkout. Shipping on clearance/closeout items is a flat fee. We only ship to the continental USA. International shipping is available by quote.
International Shipments: We are happy to provide you with an international shipping quote, simply e-mail us at [email protected] with the instrument you are interested in and your shipping address.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Refund policy
Amplifiers, pedals and electronic equipment as well as accessories and any other non-guitar items as-well as special/custom orders are non-returnable and do not qualify for the 48 hour approval period.
Guitar Returns:
In the unlikely event you would like to return your guitar, contact us by phone or e-mail within 48 hours of delivery to obtain return authorization (All returns must be authorized otherwise they will be refused). Once authorized, ship the guitar back to us by the same level of shipping service we used, properly packed and fully insured as we are not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping. Upon passing inspection, we will issue a full refund minus our shipping cost and the credit card fee (around 3%) if paid by card. Please allow seven to ten business days to process your return. All items must be in original, salable condition, with all original packaging, accessories and equipment. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. This return policy does not apply to custom/special orders, exchanges, layaway or closeout instruments and orders outside the continental USA for which there are no returns. Deposits on custom/special orders are non-refundable. We are not responsible for typos on our website. These policies are non-negotiable.
