We are Noisemaker Effects.

For well over a decade, we've designed effect pedals, guitars, basses, and amplifiers with a simple goal in mind. We wanted to provide an option for quality, hand made gear that all musicians can afford. We firmly believe that the term "Boutique" should not warrant price hikes, and that "Handmade" should mean quality. We stand by this view, and have done so for the entire time we've been in business. This view of gear and quality rings even truer as so many out there are looking to make music and unleash their own creativity during tumultuous times.

We don't stop there though - our prices are low, but that doesn't mean corners are cut. We strive for quality with high end components, renewable resources, and more.

We stand by our work entirely. So much so that we offer an absolutely unheard of Lifetime Warranty on every pedal, guitar, and amp we sell. Even in the event something unfortunate happens to a pedal that's outside of our warranty, we offer affordable options to repair or replace it.

Lifetime Warranty with all Noisemaker Industries, Noisemaker Effects, Noisemaker Guitars, and Noisemaker Amplifiers products
Excludes cosmetic damage, damage from incorrect voltage, and damage due to recklessness/improper usage
Covers any and all circuit faults, pickup failures, component breaks, and defects that do not result from the exclusions above..
Warranty work is done at no charge, and includes free return shipping

- Shipping -
Orders are shipped as they’re received. We ship orders daily, Monday through Saturday, and aim to have orders out within 24-48hrs. Some products may have additional ship time in periods of higher demand.
We ship via USPS ground by default. We offer Priority shipping as well, and can ship via other carriers by request.
Tracking numbers are provided for all orders. Please allow 24-72hrs for tracking numbers to become active.

- Returns -
We offer a 14-day return window. Products must be returned in new, unused condition. Wear and tear, damage, or signs of use will result in either a partial refund, or the return not being accepted. Products returned in new, unused condition will have a refund processed within 24hrs of being received.
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we‘ll do whatever we can to get it resolved for you!

- Custom Orders -
Custom orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit up front.
All custom orders receive a build estimate based on the custom product. This estimate is subject to change based on complexity, part availability, and alterations.
Custom build specifications are discussed and agreed on prior to payment.
