General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns must be unused (free of any usermarks), completely undamaged and sent in the same packaging as it was delivered. For used items: they may not contain more traces of use than the product had when received at first.
Warranty within the EU is 2 years on new instruments, 1 year on used instruments.
Tuning is always excluded from warranty. Transport and usage in time may affect tuning, therefore no factory or shop can give warranty on tuning and is not responsible for how the player uses it's instrument. All instruments detune in time, always, and need regular (at least once a year) maintenance by qualified repairmen. All instruments leave our shop in the best possible condition, with perfect tuning. Altough we cannot claim warranty at the factories for tuning issues, we will be lenient and will help you out at costprice. Please contact us first.
Shipping costs are paid by sender and is fully resposible for any damage during transport. We strongly adivise to ship items with insurance.
