About Native Instruments Certified Refurbished Quality:
Refurbished means fully operational, but not new. This can include return units, display units or repaired units. Native Instruments Certified Refurbished Hardware products are tested, cleaned and certified by specialists as fully operational. All Native Instruments Certified Refurbished Hardware products sold via the Reverb shop of Native Instruments North America, Inc come with a 90-days warranty on parts and labor within the United States. Because these units are refurbished they are not eligible for other promotions.
We are unable to ship outside of the US from this shop. This includes not being able to ship to freight forwarders located within the US. We ship via Fedex or UPS which are not able to deliver to PO boxes. If you order with a PO box your item will either be delayed or lost in transit. We are not responsible for orders lost in transit due to address issues.
All orders are transmitted to our warehouse immediately after we receive it. For this reason we are not able to accommodate any requests to cancel orders or change addresses.
