Shipping Policy
For most larger packages, we ship via UPS or USPS and request a signature on our shipments to prevent fraud and theft. (UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes.) Smaller packages and envelopes will be shipped with USPS.
Merchandise will ship usually within 1-2 business weekdays after payment is received. We ship within the continental U.S. as well as AK and HI. Residents of AK or HI please email for shipping quote.
Local pickup is available in Mystic, CT(Located in Southeastern CT). If you decide to do a local pickup, you will not be charged for shipping. Just let us know at the end of the listing.
Due to CITES (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) restrictions, most stringed instruments will only be shipped within the U.S. No exceptions

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
ALL returns must be pre-approved by management. We will accept a return if we are notified by email within 48 hours of receiving the item. Buyer to pay all return shipping and insurance charges. Item must be received in condition it was sent in with NO damage or missing parts or it will be refused. No returns offered for vintage amplifiers, guitar electronics, pedals, electronics or tubes due to their fragile nature.
