General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We generally do not accept returns, as every item is carefully inspected before shipping. Each instrument is checked by a professional player and/or repair technician for both cosmetic condition and functionality/playability.
The only exception is if the item arrives with shipping-related damage.
If this happens:
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice damage, report it to the shipping company immediately before signing.
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item and include clear photos of the damaged product as well as the shipping box (even if the box shows no obvious damage).
Keep all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and protective films intact. Please do not remove protective film from pickups, pickguards, control plates, or similar parts.
Once the item is returned in the same condition it left us, we will issue either a full refund (minus bank/PayPal fees, shipping, duties, and taxes) or arrange an exchange.
